The best thing about working in ActionPlas is the people. We’re mad about engineering and we are a hardworking and supportive bunch. We are all about making awesome stuff that solves problems and doing it together. This is why we have such a high engagement score (conducted every 6 months using the Gallup Q12).

 

Our BHAG (Big Hairy Audacious Goal) is rapid and controlled growth which creates multiple opportunities for the right people. The average age of our workforce currently stands at 37.

Apprenticeships

Our Apprenticeship Scheme has been put together through the experience and innovation of our people, our wider manufacturing network and our education partners. We are proud of the program which takes our Apprentices through a journey of development and learning. As long as you have the passion and drive and a truly keen interest in engineering, we can train and develop your skill set to become a fully qualified engineer and a key part of the team.

Mental Health Support

We work with Able Futures https://able-futures.co.uk/ and we can offer any of our employees access to a 9-month 121 support program with access to mental health specialists who help our people cope with any difficulties that are affecting their focus and time at work.
